- The treated glass surface will be sprayed directly with AF Coating
- Condition: Temperature 100-150, drying for 10-20 minutes (depending on equipment)

2. Morphology and type of product

2. Product Form and Classification
- Is a circular metal tablet with copper or SUS membrane
- Excellent heat transfer metal.
3. Usage
- Plasma from 3 ~ 5 minutes / Ar 950
- Sio2 coating shot. (Ar: O2 gas quantity adjustment)
- Vacuum condition: 4 * 10¯5torr
- AF coating time: 3 ~ 6 minutes
- Current (A): 800 ~ 1000 (A)
